Kathy has been in the fitness industry as a certified fitness coach for nearly two decades, in 3 different countries and 5 cities. She is currently completing her studies as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Since meeting her husband 7 years ago, they and their team of nutrition coaches, dieticians and fitness trainers have been successfully combining innovative fitness and customized nutrition to help thousands of clients around the world with their business to business company called Additional Nutritional.
When Kathy became a mom of twins, she wanted to create a fitness platform that would help busy women improve their fitness from anywhere at anytime. SweatBank was then born and is an online fitness platform that provides women only with challenging workouts and yoga. Kathy offers personal fitness coaching, online workouts, outdoor bootcamps, custom nutrition planning and corporate lunch and learns.
