Natalie began her entrepreneurial journey in 2017 upon returning to Windsor after having spent 11 years in the Toronto area.  Equipped with 14 years of experience in the Corporate world, Natalie pursued a long time dream and opened Royal and Rose Boutique, featuring women's clothing and accessories.  During the same period, she founded Windsor Women in Business (WWIB) as a way to bring female entrepreneurs together and support one another's growth.  Over the years, Natalie has supported business owners through WWIB vendor events, social media marketing and monthly networking events, helping both new and seasoned businesses gain exposure. Later in 2017, she turned WWIB into a business focused on assisting members with social media marketing and vendor event exposure.  In 2017, Natalie successfully planned and executed the first Windsor Fashion Festival featuring local designers and boutiques and went on to host two more throughout 2018, bringing in multiple vendors and large crowds.  In 2019, Natalie made the difficult decision to close Royal and Rose Boutique and started Rose Cleaning Service which gained traction and many clients over the years.  In 2023, Natalie transitioned her Rose Cleaning clients to another cleaning company in order to focus full time on Windsor Women in Business.

 

During her years as a Small Business owner, she has gained the knowledge and skills to run multiple businesses and with extensive experience working for a large corporation ranging from communications and visual merchandising, she has expanded her passion for small business to help you grow. Virtual Assistance and Small Business Services were introduced in 2024, bringing TASK to life and began what she calls her side business, "Your Day Custom Creations" to further enhance small business services and satisfy her creative side.  Natalie also introduced the Women in Business - Real Talk Podcast in 2024, featuring local female entrepreneurs and their journey into small business ownership.
