Ashley is a Lawyer with a diversity of experience in personal injury, insurance, estate administration, and matrimonial matters. Since joining legal focus, Ashley has been pleased to offer a range of litigation services to her clients.
Ashley is passionate about building strong client relationships and helping clients manage the litigation process. In addition to guiding clients through private mediation, she has successfully advanced matters before the Superior
Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Ashley articled and practiced with a prominent local firm before joining Legal Focus. Ashley has appeared as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a presenter for an Ontario Trial Lawyers Association
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor Degree and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor. While in Law School, she was awarded the Samia Rose Shaheen Memorial Award for Legal Writing. Ashley is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association. She is also an active volunteer in the Windsor community and
currently serves as the Vice President of Crime Stoppers Windsor Essex.
In the past, Ashley has also volunteered for Ontario Public Interest Research Group, Pro-bono Students Canada, Windsor Regional Hospital, and Ontario Justice Education Network.
